We invite you to another inspiring FLA Leadership event, together with our partner DYNACAP, exploring what it takes to lead in a fast-moving industry.

Leadership is changing, and so is the tech industry leaders operate in. Expectations around work, balance, flexibility and purpose have shifted, while the tech industry continues to evolve at relentless speed. So, what does it take to lead through change - and continuously adapt to what’s next?

From Emerging Talent to Experienced Leaders

The evening will begin with a Talent Spotlight featuring a young Senior Manager from DYNACAP who has accelerated his career and stepped into a leadership role. This will be followed by a panel discussion with four highly experienced leaders at the forefront of digital transformation and technology development in Denmark.

Through personal reflections and real-life experiences, the panelists will share how they have adapted their leadership, navigated industry change, and evolved throughout their careers. They will also reflect on what the next generation can learn from their journeys when shaping their own careers and leadership paths.

Whether you are a master's student, a young professional, or an aspiring leader, this event offers an opportunity to gain honest perspectives and practical insights from leaders who have built, scaled and led through change - while connecting with peers over networking and dinner.

The Panel

The panel will be moderated by Frederikke Saabye, Director of Digitalisation & Technology at Dansk Erhverv, bringing together four highly experienced leaders from across the tech industry to discuss how expectations of leadership are changing, how leaders navigate the constant evolution of the tech industry, and what the next generation can learn from those who have built, scaled and led through change.
