High performance needs deep recovery. Join us on May 12th for a slow, intentional evening with Dóttir Hot Yoga for a 65-minute Restorative Yoga & Red Light Therapy session followed by drinks, snacks, and good company.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this class invites you to slow down, together. Set in a gentle 32°C heat, the practice blends mindful movement with grounding stillness, supported postures, longer holds, and space to breathe deeply. With integrated Red Light Therapy, you get an extra layer of recovery: supporting muscle repair, reducing tension, and leaving you with that post-class glow. 

This is a reminder that recovery is part of progress. When we slow down with intention, we create space for clarity, resilience, and sustainable strength.

About Dóttir Hot Yoga: Dóttir is a boutique wellness studio in the heart of Nordhavn, Copenhagen. Founded in 2018, it's a beautifully designed space built around the power of movement, community, and heat - offering Hot Yoga, Pilates, and Red Light Therapy for a modern wellness experience. The studio is heated using infrared technology and complemented by Red Light Therapy, creating a space where two powerful therapies work together to restore and recharge the body inside and out.
