With this event, we aim to explore where leadership begins, what it truly looks like for those navigating it day-to-day and to explore the messy, challenging, and formative middle stages of one’s career.

This event is designed for students & young professionals, emerging managers, and aspiring leaders who want to understand what it really means to grow into leadership. Our speakers will first take turns in presenting their insights, and we will then have the opportunity to open the conversation via a panel discussion.
