Sometimes it’s a big decision. Sometimes it’s a role you weren’t sure you were ready for, a plan that fell apart, or a conversation that stayed with you. Often, we only recognize how much those moments shaped us when we look back.

Becoming is an FLA-exclusive online experience created with Palabra. We’re bringing together just 10 participants for a warm, intimate evening of stories, reflection, and genuine connection. Bring a snack, make yourself a coffee or tea, and settle in for a little hygge from wherever you are.

Before the event, think of a personal story you’d be comfortable sharing in response to this prompt:

“Tell us about a time you entered a new chapter and what it taught you about yourself.”

Palabra creates intimate experiences around meaningful questions and genuine conversation. The evening will be guided by David Rich, an entrepreneur and advisor who coaches executives and founders.

This isn't a webinar. It's a conversation where everyone has a voice. Come ready to share, listen, and reflect, with your camera on if possible. Your story doesn't need to be polished or dramatic, and you only need to share what feels comfortable.
